Though she was born in Montreal, Karen has lived all over the world and finds that the energy and culture of Miami are second-to-none. Karen’s commitment to her community through educational programs for children includes the donation of a portion of her commission to various education-related charities following each sale. In addition to her successful career, all three of her children are licensed realtors with two of them have established an active career in real estate with, One in Miami as a photographer, and the other in New York City. In her free time, she enjoys a game of tennis, traveling, dining, wine, and tequila, being outside, and playing with her new puppy. Karen is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Spanglish and can work to negotiate in all four languages. She currently resides in Aventura and focuses heavily on the surrounding areas such as Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbour, and Surfside.The coronavirus has seen changes in behavior when it comes to purchasing new things.
