Elise, Tom, Robert and Olivia Grace Starr are all full time global real estate advisors on The Starr Team. Elise and Tom have over forty-three years of successful real estate experience. She has expertise in residential, commercial, industrial sales and construction as well as restoration of historical buildings. Tom brings his military discipline and business expertise to the team. He has experience in sales, marketing, and real estate investing. Robert is well versed in nearly everything this beautiful area of Southwest Florida has to offer. Olivia traveled the United States with a nationally renowned choir as the alto section leader and has yet to find a city she loves as much as Fort Myers.

Elise Starr

Elise has over thirty years of successful real estate experience. She has expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial sales and construction as well as restoration of historical buildings. Growing up in Baton Rouge, Lousiana, Elise attended Louisiana State University and began her career in 1984 in that fine city. Elise has been in Southwest Florida for over ten years and is an area expert having extensive knowledge regarding location, schools, the arts, and shopping. Elise is very active in her profession. She serves on the Grievance Committee and teaches Pathways to Professionalism for the Realtor® Association of Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association. Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) IN 1987. She has served on other committees including Knowledge Services and the Leadership Academy.

Tom Starr

Tom brings his military discipline and business expertise to the team. He has experience in sales, marketing, and real estate investing. Tom has also earned the ChFc (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation. He served as Past President Council of Economic Development for Alachua County, Florida. Tom served in the United States Navy and was qualified in the submarine service. He served aboard one of the first Ballistic Missile Nuclear Submarines. USS Abraham Lincoln SSB(N) 602. A native of Pennsylvania, he has been a resident of Florida for over 20 years. Tom graduated from Otterbein University with a business degree. He also is a Chartered Financial Consultant. Previously, Tom was Vice President Agency Sales with Nationwide Insurance Company.

Robert Starr

After growing up surrounded by the residential real estate industry, Robert McGeHee Starr became a licensed Florida realtor in 2016, before deciding to enlist and serve his country as a United States Army Ranger. Robert met his wife, Olivia, while visiting Fort Myers after his first tour in Afghanistan. After completing his 5 years of service, Robert rejoined The Starr Team along with his wife. Rob is a local of Fort Myers and spent his youth exploring the city. He is well versed in nearly everything this beautiful area of Southwest Florida has to offer.

Olivia Grace Starr

Olivia Grace Starr grew up in Montgomery, Alabama; but spent many summers in Fort Myers visiting family in her youth. Upon graduating from Auburn University and spending a couple of months in Italy, Olivia fulfilled her lifelong dream of moving to Southwest Florida. Olivia traveled the United States with a nationally renowned choir as the alto section leader and has yet to find a city she loves as much as Fort Myers. In her free time her hobbies include cooking, singing, and interior design, which led her to discovering her excitement for real estate.
