“When I was 10yrs old, I launched my sales career by selling my grandmother’s flowers and cupcakes at the Safeway across the street from her home. Running this little business as a girl gave me much pride (and a bit of pocket cash), but the real reward for me was making people happy! As as a Licensed Real Estate Broker and lifetime resident of California this is still what I love best about my job!
With more than 24 years of experience in this industry, I have facilitated the sale and leasing of hundreds of homes.
I make it my top priority to tune into your needs, wants and must-haves in order to zone-in on the best property matches. When working with sellers, I employ all of the latest marketing resources—both online and off—to showcase homes for sale. Not every sale is an easy one, but I promise to guide my families through the process—keeping them informed of good news and bad. My Team works to educate my clients through the home selling and buying process. And when it comes to closing, I employ strong, but fair negotiation tactics to that consistently produce win-win results. I am a firm believer in the power of positive energy and seek out situations where my Team is productive on a massive scale.
My career in Real Estate began in 1992 when I went to work as a property manager. Combining my sales skills with my love of decorating, real estate was a natural fit. Since then, I have dug deep to learn the intricacies of financing options, short sales, investments, vacation rentals, rehab properties and more. And I continue to stay up to date as the industry changes. I earned both my CPM and ARM designations and have served on the local Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where I planned the first ARM Charity luncheon for the ReStart Program and ran monthly educational luncheons. I received the “Arm of the Year Award, as well as two chapter Key Awards. While I was honored to receive these recognitions, one of the highlights of my volunteer experience was participating with the ARM committee during a meeting with U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer to discuss real estate issues facing the nation. It was an educational experience I will never forget.
Thinking of myself as a lifelong student, I attend annual classes in order to stay ahead of the curve.
Meeting and working with new people is always a welcome professional adventure for me! When I’m not working, I approach life with a similar sense of adventure. I love to travel and participate in outdoor activities like swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. When it’s time to relax, I practice yoga and spend quality time with my husband and two beloved dogs, Coco and Jack.
