Architectural Soul | Faces of Luxury Real Estate | Meet Louis DeLaura

Louis DeLaura is a top-producing Malibu and Hancock Park real estate professional who started in the industry early on thanks to being raised by two high-end residential architects. While assisting his father on projects, he saw first-hand what it takes to build and sell a home early in her youth.

Under his parent’s experienced tutelage, Louis gained an early understanding of successful client relationships and a keen appreciation for architectural aesthetics. He further developed these aesthetic sensibilities as a Fine Arts major at Pepperdine University, where he was dubbed an Outstanding Graduate and received a prestigious Service Award in Art.

His creative inspiration and artistic ambition have given Louis a unique and sharp eye for aesthetics and home design. He is always happy to share that expertise with her clients when looking for new homes. It is a testament to Louis's abilities that several world-famous interior designers have occasionally reached out to hire him specifically and ask for his design advice.

Louis's visionary talents are a significant advantage to sellers because he is skilled and thoughtful when crafting innovative and strategic marketing plans that utilize various forms of media. He excels at preparing and reorganizing properties to make them stand out on the market. With buyers, Louis can spot things other realtors might miss and loves to help clients realize what they want and then find a way to make it happen.

Although Louis is determined and deliberate in every move he makes, he prides himself on never rushing or pressuring his clients into making quick decisions. Even if it takes years to find the perfect home, Louis is patient and happy to be a consistent and loyal advocate.

Throughout his years in the business, Lous has received multiple accolades for his outstanding work ethic and customer service. While working at Keller Williams Larchmont, he was recognized as Rookie of the Year and received the Bronze Award in Production. In recent years Louis was ranked in the Top Ten in Sales Volume & Gross Commission Income at Sotheby's International Realty and asked to speak on the 2019 panelist for "Tips from the Rising Stars."

Apart from real estate, Louis has continued to nourish his love of art by attending art shows, assisting artists, and working for various notable fine art galleries throughout Los Angeles––including the Fahey Klein Gallery on La Brea. He has even begun curating his own personal collection.
